Privacy Policy

Who we are

Envision Board is an iOS app operated by Clubwell Vending LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Clubwell Vending LLC, and "the app" means Envision Board.

You can reach us at any time at support@envisionboardapp.app.

What we collect

We collect only what the app needs to work.

• Account information. Your email address and a password, so you can sign in and get back to your boards on another device.
• Your birth date. Asked once at sign-up to confirm your age and apply the rules for children under 13. It can't be changed afterward.
• Your boards and journal entries. The images, text, and drawings you add, stored so they're there when you come back.
• Profile information. If you use the community, the display name, photo, and short description you choose to add.
• Community posts. Boards and captions you choose to share publicly, plus likes, follows, and messages you send.
• Team Goals information. If you create or join a team: the team name, slogan, vision, logo and background image, the team goal and date, who is on the team and their role, team chat messages and photos, and the shared team canvas.
• Order information. If you order a printed board, the shipping name and address you enter, and a record of the order.
• AI feature inputs. The goal text you type for AI Direction, and the prompt text and any reference photos you submit for AI-generated images.
• Basic app diagnostics. Anonymous crash and error information that helps us fix problems.

What we don't collect

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your boards, journal entries, or photos for advertising. We do not run advertising in the app, and we do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Photos on your device

The app asks permission to access your photo library so you can add your own images to a board, or submit a reference photo to the AI image generator. We only read the specific photos you select. The app does not scan or upload your library.

Payments

Printed board orders are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Purchases made inside the app — including the Premium unlock and AI image credit bundles — are processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened, not your payment details.

Services we rely on

We use a small number of outside providers to run the app:

• Supabase — stores your account, boards, and community content.
• Stripe — processes payments for printed boards.
• Apple — handles in-app purchases and app distribution.
• Anthropic — powers the AI Direction feature. When you ask for a plan, the goal text you type is sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
• OpenAI — powers the AI image generator in Create Board. The prompt text you type, and any reference photos you attach, are sent to OpenAI to generate the image.

Don't include information you wouldn't want processed by an outside service in either AI feature. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. We share only what's needed for the feature to work.

AI-generated images

When you generate an image with the AI image generator, we store the resulting image (so it's there when you come back to your board) and keep a record of the prompt you used, tied to your account. Reference photos you upload are sent to OpenAI to generate the image and are not stored separately by us once the image is created.

Team Goals

Team Goals lets a Coach create a team, invite or approve teammates, share a team canvas, and chat. Team information, messages, photos and the canvas are visible to the members of that team, and to us for moderation, security and support. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

• Being found. Members under 13 can't be found through search. For everyone else, your username, display name and profile photo can appear when a Coach searches to invite teammates, and your team's name can appear when someone searches for a team to join.
• Reporting. Any member can report a message in team chat. Reports are reviewed by us.
• Calendar. If you add a team goal to your calendar, the app asks for calendar permission and creates the event on your device. We do not read the rest of your calendar. You can turn this permission off in your iPhone's Settings.
• Leaving and deleting. You can leave a team at any time. A Coach can remove a teammate or delete a team, which deletes its canvas and chat for everyone. Deleting your account removes your team memberships.

Children

Envision Board asks for your birth date when you sign up. The Pledge page, the community, and direct messages are not available to children under 13.

Team Goals for children under 13. A child under 13 can join a team run by an adult Coach. For a child under 13 we collect only: the birth date entered at sign-up, a nickname the child chooses (we ask for no real name or photo), and their membership in a team. We do not allow chat, photo sharing, the team canvas, messages, or search discovery for children under 13, and we do not use a child's information for advertising or sell it.

Parents and guardians. A parent or guardian can email support@envisionboardapp.app at any time to see what we hold about their child, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop collecting it. A Coach must have a parent or guardian's permission before adding a child under 13 to a team. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent or guardian's permission, email us and we'll delete it.

Community content

Anything you post to the community is visible to other users of the app. Please treat it as public. You can report posts, block other users, and delete your own posts at any time. We remove content that violates our guidelines, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly break them.

Your choices and rights

• See your data. Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct it. Update your profile in the app, or email us.
• Delete it. Ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We'll do it within 30 days.
• Withdraw permissions. Photo and notification access can be turned off in your iPhone's Settings at any time.

How long we keep things

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep — for example, order and tax records.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls in place. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects your data.

Where your data is held

Our providers store data on servers in the United States. If you use the app from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred and processed there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

Disclosures

AI processing. The AI Direction feature sends the goal text you type to Anthropic, an outside provider, to generate a suggested plan. The AI image generator sends the prompt text you type, and any reference photos you attach, to OpenAI, an outside provider, to generate an image. That text and those photos leave our systems to make these features work. We don't send your journal entries, saved boards, or any photo you haven't explicitly chosen to submit. Please don't type or upload anything into either feature you wouldn't want processed by a third party.

AI-generated content is not guaranteed. AI Direction plans and AI-generated images are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, generic, or not what you expected. They are not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice, and nothing produced by these features is a promise of any particular outcome.

No guaranteed results. Envision Board is a tool for organizing and visualizing goals. It is not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice, and nothing in the app is a promise of any particular outcome. Any stories, examples, or plans shown in the app describe individual experiences and are not typical results you should expect. What you achieve depends on your own circumstances, decisions, and effort.

Trader status. Clubwell Vending LLC operates as a trader for the purposes of the EU Digital Services Act. Our verified contact details are displayed on our App Store listing.

Payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Printed board orders are handled by Stripe; in-app purchases, including AI image credits, are handled by Apple. Refund requests for in-app purchases go through Apple, not us.
