Common questions
How do I get my board back on a new phone?
Sign in with the same email you used before. Your saved boards come with the account, not the device.
I paid for Premium but the app still shows me the free limits.
Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Previous Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Where's my printed board?
Printed boards typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days. If it's been longer, email us your order date and shipping address and we'll track it down.
My printed board arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.
How do I report a post or block someone?
Every post in the community has a Report button. To block someone, tap their name to open their profile and choose Block. Blocked accounts can't see your posts and you won't see theirs.
We review every report. Accounts that repeatedly break our guidelines are removed.
What's free, and what needs Premium?
Free accounts can build a board with up to three items, save it to Photos, journal, and set up a community profile.
Premium is a one-time $4.99 purchase that removes the item limit, unlocks unlimited AI Direction plans, and lets you post to the community.
Community guidelines
Envision Board is meant to be an encouraging place. When you post, don't share:
- Harassment, threats, or hate directed at anyone
- Sexual content, or anything involving minors
- Violent or graphic imagery
- Spam, scams, or promises of guaranteed financial returns
- Other people's images or work presented as your own
We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.
Good to know
Results. Envision Board helps you picture and track your goals. It isn't financial, medical, legal, or professional advice, and it doesn't promise any particular outcome. Stories shared in the community describe individual experiences, not typical results.
AI Direction. When you use this feature, the goal text you type is sent to Anthropic to generate a plan. Your photos, boards, and journal entries are never sent.
Refunds. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple through your App Store account, not by us. For printed board orders, email us directly.
