Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Clubwell Vending LLC ("we," "us," "Envision Board"), a limited liability company registered in the United States. By downloading, installing, or using the Envision Board app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Envision Board

The app asks for your birth date when you sign up, and the birth date can't be changed afterward. If you're 13 or older, you can use all features of Envision Board. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

Under 13. Children under 13 can't use the Pledge page, the community, or direct messages. They can only use Team Goals, as a member of a team run by an adult Coach, with a nickname-only profile. Members under 13 can't use team chat, team photos or the team canvas, can't message anyone, and can't be found through search. A parent or guardian must supervise a child's use of the app.

By using the app, you confirm that the birth date you enter is correct.

Your account

You need an account to save boards, use the community, and access AI features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@envisionboardapp.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your content

You own the boards, journal entries, photos, drawings, and text you create in the app ("your content"). By posting content to the community, you give us a license to store, display, and distribute it within the app so other users can see it. You're solely responsible for your content and for having the right to use anything in it — including photos, quotes, or images you upload as reference material.

Don't post or upload content that:

• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent
• Impersonates another person or organization
• Violates any law

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

AI features

Envision Board includes two AI-powered features: AI Direction, which generates a suggested plan from goal text you provide, and the AI image generator, which creates images from a text prompt and optional reference photos.

• AI-generated plans and images are produced automatically by third-party AI services (Anthropic and OpenAI, respectively) and may be inaccurate, generic, unoriginal, or not what you expected. Review anything an AI feature produces before relying on it.
• AI Direction plans are not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind, and following one is your own decision and responsibility.
• You're responsible for the prompts and reference photos you submit, and for having the rights to use any reference photo you upload. Don't submit content that violates the rules in "Your content" above.
• We don't guarantee that an AI-generated image is unique or free of any resemblance to existing work. Use generated images at your own discretion.
• AI image generation uses credits, described below.

Premium and AI credits

Envision Board offers a one-time Premium unlock and AI image credit bundles as in-app purchases, processed through Apple and the App Store.

• The Premium unlock is a one-time, non-subscription purchase that unlocks Premium features for as long as you have the app installed under that Apple ID.
• AI image credits are consumed each time you generate an image and don't carry an expiration date unless stated otherwise in the app.
• All purchases are billed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple's own refund process — we don't process refunds directly and can't override Apple's decision.

Print & Ship orders

If you order a printed version of your board, your order is fulfilled by our print partner and payment is processed by Stripe.

• You're responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect address.
• Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
• Shipping times shown in the app are estimates from our print partner, not guarantees.

Community

The community feed is a public space within the app. Anything you post there is visible to other users. You can report content, block other users, and delete your own posts at any time. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

Team Goals

Team Goals lets a Coach create a team, invite or approve teammates, share a team canvas, and chat. By creating or joining a team you agree to this section in addition to the rest of these terms.

• Coach responsibility. A Coach is responsible for the team they create, including who they invite and the content and conduct of the team. A Coach must be an adult (18 or older). A Coach must have a parent or guardian's permission before adding anyone under 13 to a team, and must not use team features to contact a child outside the team. Members under 13 can't use team chat, photos or the canvas. Coaches may remove teammates and delete messages. We don't supervise teams and aren't responsible for the actions or messages of Coaches or teammates.
• Reporting. Any member can report a message in team chat. We may remove content or teams that break these terms.
• Not professional advice. Team Goals and the team canvas are for motivation and planning. They are not athletic, medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice or coaching. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Taking part in any goal, event or activity is at your own risk.
• Calendar and reminders. If you add a team goal to your calendar, the event is created on your device with your permission. We don't guarantee reminders will appear, so please don't rely on them for time-critical or safety-critical matters.
• Deleting. A Coach can delete a team, which deletes its canvas and chat for everyone. You can leave a team at any time.

Termination

You can stop using Envision Board and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Disclaimers

Envision Board is a tool for organizing, visualizing, and reflecting on your goals. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will lead to any particular outcome. Any stories, examples, or plans shown in the app describe individual experiences and aren't typical results you should expect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubwell Vending LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Apple App Store terms

Because you downloaded Envision Board from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and Clubwell Vending LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising from consumer protection laws.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any claim that the app or your use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
